A great central concept executed with total charm. The songs are not only hilarious, but legit really good. No joke spoilers, but I am still singing The Pea's song. The performers and audience had a blast....

A thoughtful, three dimensional look at a typical New York apartment during the Obama era. The characters are fully realized and the actors playing them have wonderful onstage chemistry. I believed their relationships, struggles, and desires. Bushwick is a breath of fresh air in the LA theater scene and a great way to spend a night out!...

An overall entertaining solo piece, featuring a strong performance by Kyle Durack. “Naked” works best when he is committed to the story and lost in his characters and in the moment. The result is a tale of life with disabilities and the beauty when one finds their outward and inner strength. Some fun comic moments, familiar characters and vivid imagery lift “Naked” to a higher level. The non-gratuitous nudity adds to the humanity and to the primal spirit that’s at the heart of this piece which t...

This show is a lot of fun! The actors committed to their characters and the absurdity of a Stranger Things musical while giving each character a lot of heart. You care about each character and want them to win at the end which is hard to do in a parody musical. ...

Every single person on that stage had excellent delivery, timing and energy. They committed 100% and it's one of the best ensemble casts I've seen in a while. 95% of them had incredible vocal quality. Like so close to what you see on Broadway and the 5% wasn't bad at all. It's Fringe, so let's calm down Anonymous review... Overall it's a strong, energetic show and you'll definitely be entertained - the story was one we've all seen and heard before thought so it wasn't anything particularly epic ...

I wanted to like it. I wanted to like it so bad so I went into every sketch sitting at the edge of my seat with a huge smile and then slowly finding myself sinking back. There were some STAND OUT funny people. Like next level funny, but there were too many moments/performances/sketches that fell flat....

This show is a total treat. Theater exactly how I like it: no frills, no unnecessary spectacle, just great writing and great acting. You see this show for the sharp banter and character-revealing, and especially the acting. Blaire Chandler is stunningly good. What a gem. She evokes emotion and moments with a touch of her pearl necklace, or a posture, or a flick of the eyes. Honestly, I could watch her read aloud from a dictionary. And Wallis Simpson's royal (she wishes) demeanor is perfectly matc...

"Blackboxing" is the real deal. The show within a show is delightfully immersive, and there isn't a single wasted second or line of dialogue to explain the concept or linger; the economy of word in this play is one I greatly respect and appreciate. It is a hilarious and heartfelt look at a very relatable, if pompous, actor and his nemesis, the techie; the deeper message of the show and its take on depression is pin sharp and hits home at just the right times, in just the right ways. A strong voic...

It is a strange feeling when a fictional dark comedy story feels- so real. Treason made you think. The moments of comedy made you laugh but also made you pause and go "Oh." At times, I try to not watch too many political plays because, especially in the time we are in right now, they all start to sound the same. Treason strayed far from the path in the best way possible. This has been one of the best political plays I have seen. The angle they took to highlight our world today and the absurdity o...

Nicole's artistry and talent is indisputable. She takes you on a ride throughout her childhood to present day and by the end of the play, I was left in tears with a softened heart because her performance and story touches you to the core. Her bravery, willingness and authenticity is so inspiring and very relatable. I'm so grateful I got to see this show.
