I’ve been watching this company since they started and continue to be impressed and delighted by the work they create. This is their BEST SHOW YET!! The joy onstage is infectious. The story is complex but never confusing. The precision of the direction and the cohesion of the ensemble raises the bar. Oh and you’re not going to see a better designed Fringe show. Such a fun show with an excellent cast of performers who know how to milk a joke for all it is worth. This comedy about an Asian girl longing to follow her own dreams and not her parents succeeds due to its lead actress Joy Regullano who wrote the book and lyrics, and performs several songs on violin. I especially enjoyed her "Love Me For Who I Am" song and the comparison life she leads when her dream of having Supportive White Parents comes to fruition.
