I loved this show very much. Jonathan is an excellent performer and he nailed every joke he's told. I've seen him perform standup multiple times and this was by far the best I've ever seen him work....

This was a wonderful surreal, cerebral exploration of identity and individualism, marked by lazer-tight writing and top-notch acting, especially from Schoen Hodges, who (without giving too much away) gives a magnificent, many-layered performance where his physicality changes as much as his voice does....

I thought that Kelly's show was totally reliable! I had been going though the same thing of not knowing what to do with my life and I really understood the conundrum Kelly was in of not knowing whether to stick it out at what she was used to or take a chance on what she was passionate about. ...

I have so much in common with Charley! I, too, work in the medical field and revel in the freedom of performing on stage. I applaud her boldness to step up and share her story of irony cleverly peppered with lyrics and music to give a comedy relief through dark moments of her life....

Normaler Than Everyone held so much meaning in just 70 minutes. Brian Joseph brought us to the core of what all human beings feel when they are forced to reckon with the limitedness of life, which ironically brings us to the awareness of the unlimitedness of its preciousness. I left this show reminded of the excellence of ordinary moments, and of how normal it is to experience extremes of existence. One of my favorite lines: "We're all dying together...at least we have that!"...

I am a CODA and I strongly believe that one of our greatest gifts our Deaf parents give us is the ability to tell our story in our mother tongue (hand...?), alongside the spoken language(s) we use out in the hearing world.
This play was a perfect example of bridging two worlds, two cultures, and two languages. This is what it feels like to be sandwiched in the middle of two worlds--almost like an alternate universe.
The performers and crew did well working with such a challenging space. Cos...

The acting was solid, the writing was inspiring and the experience is quite potent!
Jola Cora finds a way to both expose the lunacy of obsessively desiring the life in the lights and she also shows the burden that every human being carries on their own personal journey, our empirical ego -- that movie playing in our heads, so to speak -- is quite trivial in the grander scheme of humanity and our potential as a species, without patronizing anyone for wanting to be an artist or an individual. ...
