The show is brilliantly written by David Bosley and directed by Fringe veteran and mentor (as well as a truly talented actor in his own right) Ezra Buzzington. The cast was likewise perfectly set with AEA actress Blaire Chandler in the role of Wallis Simpson, Cherry Poppins queen Alli Miller as Blaze Starr and Krista Conti as Starr’s sister and assistant June Fleming. ...

Blackboxing is both a side-splitting takedown of Fringe and one man shows, and the fulfillment of every stage manager's worst nightmare (and fondest dreams). I left in actual pain from laughing so much and so hard over 45 minutes. You'll want to sing along to a song you've never even heard before. Jim and Matt both deliver brilliance in moment after moment, as well as some unexpected heart....

The cast did a really good job for the budget that they were allotted. The costumes looked good, and the performers embodied their personas well.
The experience was unique and nothing like I have ever been apart of before. It was pretty well refined for the amount of improvisation that is required in something of this intensity.
I would recommend this to anyone who enjoys watching improve as well as improving themselves.
Good job, can’t wait to go again....

A tremendously impressive effort about a political insider whom most people probably don't realize is responsible for a large part of the world they live in right this second. Solid writing, inventive staging, dazzling performances abound. A fine way to kick off my L.A. theatrical experience!...

Phenomenal!!! I had high expectations from the blurb on the flyer (space nerd here) and it lived up to it. It was sharp, it was witty, it was brilliant. Huge shout out to the cast, every role was very well played and very well cast. Special shout out to the sister and the Subway manager (as well as esteemed Houston food critic), these ladies nailed these roles, do not change a thing!...

This was not just a look into the messiness and beauty that is motherhood ( which I personally can't relate to), but a story about one's identity. Losing it, finding it, and figuring out who we are somewhere in between all that ( and that I can absolutely relate to). April's powerful story has you think back at all the relationships in your own life. It brings you back to your own childhood and one's thoughts and dreams. It makes you aware of your lineage, your past, your history, where you come ...

Absolutely phenomenal show, and such a worthwhile experience. All three ladies created shows with such important stories and narratives that were both enlightening and sincerely entertaining. Helen’s show Dear Diary made me tear up, and was the standout performance of all three. Paper Trails has hearts, laughs and incredible performances! Go see it before it’s sold out!...
