Wow. What felt like a familiar story of coming to grips with a dating meet-up became so much more. Insightful, touching and and revealing of the desire that everyone feels - male, female, straight, gay - to make that connection....

Disclaimer: I was instructed by John Patrick Daly, the writer and central character to have several drinks before the show. Therefore, I can only review what I remember. But, I definitely remember having a good time and laughing loudly. For those of us who are superhero geeks, this show is a blast....

Ty Pickett is not only a intriguing writer, but a fascinating actor to watch as he moves in and out of the many characters he portrays in this piece. Dumbing down absolutely nothing for his audience, he demands that we think and think fast as he tells the stories of several men in crisis and explores their identities and confining labels. ...

Kit Marlowe would have loved this. The epic scale of the Tamburlaine tryannic tragedy translates so well into inter-galactic space. Trekkies would love the details and the way the actors conveyed the posture and quirks of each species. Classical scholars would love the reverence and delivery of each line - the poetry magnifies by being presented in what I would say was a period acting style, and yet so Klingon - magnificent theatre! Bravo....

This was a lovely, empowering piece. Jannica Olin is a skillful and talented actor who seamlessly carried the audience along with her in her journey through her loss and rediscovery of feminine identity.
At one point, Jannica decides to shave her hair completely. I cried as I remembered cutting my mother's hair when she had cancer and how she wept as I did and told me that her femininity was being taken away. This piece explores the absurdity of how important hair is to a woman's self worth. ...

This show blew my mind. Literally. Watching this show was like having my mind fellated in a ship lost at sea, with twenty of my best friends (all sharing a private joke from which I'd been partially excluded) filing in and out of my cabin talking about their problems and issues and back stories and shooting Nerf darts while in the adjacent cabin a police investigation with homoerotic overtones is taking place and on the main deck musical numbers are in full swing. The rootbeer flowed freely an...
