Saurabh painted such a vivid picture of the time, place, and people and did it with an incredible mix of humor and heart. The highest compliment I can give is for an hour everything else in my head went away and I was completely locked into his journey. Baccalaureate is the type of coming of age story everyone can relate to. Just an all around awesome show!...

Minor spoilers ahead: I am always thoroughly impressed with what Robot Teammate comes up with, and I've known them for a while, and in my opinion, this show really showcased their vocal ranges in ways that I didn't know existed, specifically in the duet between Molly and Kat's characters where the blend is impeccable and the vocal quality is strong--really impressed with Dave's baritone register and Chris' ability to rattle off a pseudo patter song with such energy and grace. While I still find ...

A tight, action-packed, cerebral, emotional half hour. Featuring a cast of fantastic performers and a sharp, well-written script, your eyes, brain, and heart are in for a rollercoaster ride of emotions. "Keep your eye on what's important and be wary of bombast." More importantly, go see the hell out of this show. ...

Really impressed with this production. Went in not knowing, at all, what to expect and I was delighted! This was completely immersive theater. You FELT like you were interactive (and yet not called upon as an audience member) to push the story forward. Action was happening all around you....

This is one to see, friends - and as many reviewers before me have noted, this is what Fringe is for. As the program tells us, this is the second act of what I now hope will one day be a full play. You might think you have seen everything there is to see, from every possible angle, about The Beatles and John Lennon but this play here explores an incident that could just as easily happen today to an artist and ends up being about so much more than just this snapshot in Lennon's timeline. The pe...

This was extremely intense and fascinating. I really appreciate that this play is fully willing to go some incredibly dark places. The last 15 minutes of the play was filled with the utmost of tension and had everyone on the edge of their seats. If you're looking for a thrilling play this fringe festival, Tommy's Room is the play for you!...

This play was a beautiful and intense ride through the fascinating story of Lee Atwater. Ben Hethcoat was really wonderful, his charisma lights up the stage and it's so clear that he knows Lee Atwater inside and out, he fully commits to his role. There are some interesting thematic elements to Son of a Bitch that makes it very relevant today, and I think this play does an excellent job of portraying the true historical events in a theatrically engaging way. This is one of the best shows I've seen...

Aisha's passion for her project is very infectious. She loves to sing, loves to perform, and loves helping other spread self-love and self-actualization. While some of the songs were not entirely suited for her range, there were definitely some standout songs, specifically those with higher registers (Give Me Time, Loving You) where her tone and musical timbre in the higher register in her voice really show that her tessatura (aka sweet spot of notes) is a strong asset to her voice even if her ...

Very entertaining and enjoyable. I was worried having not seen Death of a Salesman, I might not get it, but it is written so even if you have never seen/read both King Lear and Death of a Salesman, it still makes sense. Enough information is given so you will not be lost, but not so much if you have read/seen either or both, you would not get bored. Bruno and Leon are both amazing actors....

I really enjoyed this show. Above all else, I think that the political message in it is extremely clever, and I love the fact that it's subtle and not beaten over the head like most political shows often are. The dialogue is very witty, snappy, and will leave you on the edge of this seat. I think that this play will provide a wonderful experience for anyone who has the privilege to see it. ...

There's some really nice thematic elements and unique choices made in All Our Pretty Songs. Being that most people who will see this show are likely artists in some way, I think this show does a great job of creating a relatable story that can provide a wonderful sense of catharsis. Everyone has a dream, and it's really interesting to see the conflicting ideas of what a "dream" is in this show. ...
