Every now and then you encounter a piece of art that rocks your soul to the core. Crack Whore, Bulimic, Girl Next Door was that piece of art. Brutally honest, powerful, and thought provoking theater that every person should see. I laughed. I cried. I sang along to the music. It was absolutely wonderful. So I glad I saw it!... full review

The Last Croissant

I thoroughly enjoyed this show. The performances and direction were outstanding, and the wonderful writing was inventive and thought provoking. I loved the exploration & discovery of self through old relationships and new. Our strengths, weaknesses, flaws, longings, desires, insecurities, fears, bravery, stupidity, honesty and self awareness breakthroughs were all on display, all with a bit of the divine thrown in. Love the way this theatre company works together. It's truly something to behold. ... full review

Marla Black has a crazy story to tell, one that will make you think for quite a while after. I found myself looking at my own world in a different way. Marla is a witty writer and tells her story with humor, grace, and emotion. I learned something new, laughed out loud, gasped, and cried. Raised by Wolves is a real work of art. ... full review

Treason

WOW! Treason has one of the strongest casts I've seen at Fringe this year. Every character is real, honest, and completely connected. The well written script helps them achieve this feat with honest family moments, tense dramatic moments, and a well thought out arc. An all around great show.... full review

TRASH

Trash is an daringly frank view of what it is to be a woman in today’s society. From stories we’ve all heard to ones we wouldn’t imagine, Trash depicts womanhood in a genuine, heartfelt manner. The writer/director manages to touch on something we all feel and has produced a show that is accessible and feels conversational in a time when theatre rarely feels so. ... full review

Klingon Tamburlaine

A fun and lively show, filled with sensational drama that was leaned into, an awareness and respect of the texts they were combining that breathed playfulness into the experience, and enjoyable even to people only mildly familiar with Star Trek! I was entertained, excited for the next spectacle, and was thoroughly happy when I walked out. ... full review

Klingon Tamburlaine

In some ways, I'm the worst audience for this show because I know little about Star Trek/Klingons and classical works often test my attention span and I find my brain drifting as I try to follow the plot. But in the most important way, I am the BEST audience for this show because I'm a huge fan of the ambition, spectacle, madness, silliness, energy and insanity of School of Night productions. Klingon Tamburlaine slips neatly into their acclaimed portfolio of Fringe hits. The acting is huge and ag... full review

Siren Call

This was a great production. I haven't been to a stage play in a few years. Not only were the actors great. Both actors Paul Louis Harrell and Annalee Scott had great chemistry together. Jola Cora was also very talented with both her onstage performance along with her talents offstage as director and producer the production. You really felt they had a complicated relationship. The story was very engaging and had me in deep thought throughout from beginning to end while also making laugh. I enjoy ... full review

Three wildly different short plays that still have much in common beyond the common themes of identity, history and paper. Silent Joy, a New Play

It was simple yet brilliant. The show was a beautiful expression of what it means to grow up as a teenager with trauma. The fact that it was performed in a poetic/surrealist way, helped ease the viewer into the mindset of the main character. I would definetly reccommend this play to others.... full review

The Last Croissant

What an absolute delight. "The Last Croissant" was one of the most captivating pieces of theatre I've ever had the pleasure of experiencing. The writing was gut-bustingly funny while remaining real, natural, and poignant. The acting - and specifically comedic timing - was spot-on. The direction was outstanding and the set design transported me to another world. I left the theatre feeling truly inspired as an artist and human. This is a can't-miss show. I hope everyone sees "The Last Croissant!" ... full review
