I absolutely loved this production. It was beautifully written; an intelligent, intellectual, hilarious, self-aware, and poignant snapshot of the far-reaching effects of climate change. This show is a must-see!...

A very complicated show with a wonderful cast. Show boarders but doesn't cross into melodrama and that is largely the skill of the cast. ...

This being the first Fringe show I’ve attended, I decided to check reviews beforehand. I’m not sure if I caught an off night, but this performance did not live up to what many of the reviews made me feel like would be a rip roaring good time. Maybe the humor wasn’t for me, but I didn’t find the show to be particularly funny, much of it felt forced, as if I could feel the buildup of every joke coming and while most of the audience was laughing, I just simply was not. It felt like a dress rehearsal...

My overall impression of both "The Original English" and "Murderfuck" was that the stories were witty, comical, well developed, and original in both their themes and in their presentation. You get a lot of story in a short amount of time....

How come a familiar story is so well told and it's atmospheric, mysterious, funny, sexy, and symbolic at the same time? A dense and seductive short play about our dreams, illusions, failures, obsessions, and so much more!...

Jamba Juice is a small musical with a lot of heart and a really fun way to spend an evening. Mia Cotton, Spencer Frankeberger, and the rest of the crew have put together something as sweet as a trip to an actual Jamba Juice. It’s full of fun songs, zany performances, and a whole lot of talent. ...

Well-acted drama which holds your attention, largely because of the growing suspicion that, as the plot unfolds, something is amiss. I kept waiting for another shoe to drop and it sort of does eventually. Intriguing....and sexy....

Raised By Wolves is one of my favorite shows at Fringe so far. I can't recommend it highly enough. Marla has a unique voice and is a sure-handed writer with tremendous comic sensibility and compassion. As a performer, her charm, unself-conscious joy, and open-heartedness are infectious. This is an utterly unique story well, fearlessly, and entertainingly told. ...

Just plain fun! The humor is especially great for people who have lived in LA too long. The cast is ticghtly-knit, and it shows in their performances, and there's jokes for every sensibility--raunchy, punny, dry, sarcastic, everyone. And all of it fits in a well-built sci-fi world. ...

First. A bit of a disclaimer. The producer, director, and co-playwright Jeannette Godoy has been my dear friend for over 20 years. This play was phenomenal. The actors pulled me into their stories of pain and struggle. I couldn’t hold back my tears several times. By the end the play I was feeling empowered and unified yelling “Ya Basta”! The production was excellent from authentic sets that brought the audience into the janitors workplace, to the lighting and music that amplified the feel...
