I feel the need to state that, this was my date's selection. Now, if you are reading on... It's a curious piece of theatre. One character is terrifically unlikable for the first... twenty minutes. The boy worked himself into a state! There was one point briefly during which the train was barreling at a run-away speed (I had to blow my whistle) but, wow! He's got powers... and his purpose seems to be freedom.... full review

I had fun overall. It's no surprise that in a multi-multi-culti-culti sketch show, some scenes are stronger than others. This was a fair and commendable balance and, a survey - if I may - of L.A. There were some fun, kinky bits... and some which were admirably "borderline" so... it did what it's supposed to do. A few cheap shots and gross-outs but, daring enough.... full review

Yea... I was there, and this cat brought me back to that threshold of time/space in my... youth. Gonzales does make it all seem just like yesterday except his ride was a lot rougher and a great deal less just, than mine. And he made it to tell this truly, L.A. story.
