Pit of Goblins was easily one of my favorite shows at HFF’19. It’s dark, hilarious, and has set the bar HIGH for what can be achieved with a solo show....

A beautifully crafted story that shares one woman's journey from her homeland of Czechoslovakia to the United States, and how it affected her and her relationship with her parents (especially her mother). Dagmar's story is a wonderful metaphor of how generational differences define who we are, no matter how much we try to run from them. ...

A delightful story that shares the experience of a hopeful musical theatre actor doing what she can to make ends meet. It's a journey any artist can relate to, no matter where their creativity falls. Christi Pedigo is an effervescent breath of fresh onstage as Bunny the Elf. ...

Flat-out Farce can be exhausting for the audience AND the actors, so this cast of 6 (2m/4f) must be ready for R&R when they finish 2h-15m of THIS show! These AMDA grads, shrewdly directed by mentor-teacher Betty Karlen, are only a slice below A+ and once they've done it again for 3 weekends in July they'll all be real pros! They demonstrate the chops, maneuvering fluidly around a tight but splendid set (too elaborate for Fringe, except for this single last-day preview) with doors galore, as ever...

One of my favorite shows at fringe this year. What a perfect way to end my fringe viewing schedule! Absolutely beautiful, and very relevant to Millenials especially. Almost the whole audience were Milennials and there was something really powerful about that. I’ll be watching whatever these women continue to make because damn, that was good art. ...

A scatological ride through a cavalcade of ridiculous, over-the-top, 'salt of the earth' folks trying to 'get one over' on the U.S. government. Filled with laughs, it doesn't have much of a message, but it's a damned fine amount of fun....

Excellent musical numbers in support of a somewhat underwhelming story with a muddled mix of talent amongst the performers. If you've got an hour to spare and want to hear some great music, go see this. If you've got an hour to spare and want to see a great show, maybe look around at what else is available. ...

WHAT A DELIGHTFUL SHOW! SO MANY TALENTED WOMEN ACTING IN THIS PLAY, WITH SO MANY IMPORTANT MESSAGES ROLLED INTO ONE, IT'S HARD TO CHOOSE A FAVORITE. EVERY VIGNETTE WAS ENTERTAINING, WHILE GIVING A GLIMPSE INTO THE DAILY STRUGGLES OF WOMEN, THROUGH THE LOOKING GLASS OF THE POWDER ROOM. I WAS PARTICULARLY BLOWN AWAY BY MEGAN OLIVIA'S PERFORMANCE -INJECTING COMEDY INTO WHAT COULD BE OTHERWISE SEEN AS A TRAGEDY. FANTASTIC COMEDIC ACTING!! SHE HAD THE ENTIRE AUDIENCE UPROARIOUSLY LAUGHING! GO SEE THE ...
