About the Project
When you’re a server at a restaurant, you’re told by your superiors that you are on stage and should always be performing. The real theatre goes on behind the scenes. The employee area of a restaurant serves as the arena where members of all different facets of the restaurant come together (or not). This is a story of the surveillance, secrets and status struggles that are unseen in society except by those in the industry.
