About the Project
We follow the life of Mandy Bics trying to finding her voice though unwanted sexual encounters, bullying, dyslexia, and alcoholism. She is a sweet shy young lady who is full of a lot of rage, a tid bit of reason and plenty of insecurities who has never really been able to communicate, let alone with men to say no to unwanted attention. She must endure one final act of sexual assault in order to find her voice and finally stand-up for herself. We see the things she wishes she could have said and her inner-monologue during difficult situations and slowly but surely her confidence begins to grow and she finds her voice.
