Saw the Slate Two Screening, Tuesday, June 25. Still processing everything that was shown. It was one beautifully crafted and told short film after another. Just as I think I've decided which one is my favorite, the other six start clamoring for my attention. It's hopeless, I can't pick one....

The shorts program was AMAZING! A wide variety of genres, but all professionally made and gorgeously shot. There was a brief Q&A afterwards which allowed me to get to know the filmmakers better.
I would recommend the other screenings to anyone who likes moves! ...

I had a good time last night at the premiere of Eric Kochmer's film, "WAY DOWN IN CHINATOWN" at Theater Asylum. It was a very strange and bizarre film, and was a perfect selection to be part of Hollywood Fringe 2013! I think what I really responded to was the art direction and cinematography. The Black & White film noir was visually great. If you missed the screening, check it out. - (Parry-Riposte Films, Director/Editor)
*I have continued to go to the WMM screenings, and I am 4/4 so far. Really great work from everyone involved and it's great to see what my peers are producing!...

Super fun evening of not-too-long shorts. I particularly laughed a lot during Tilting at Skyscrapers and Bed-Stuy Lullaby, both very clever and very well done....

I had a great time tonight. Some great films, some great people and it all went by too fast. It's well run, super fun and it seems a great time was had by all. The guys and gals at We Make Movies are just passionate about films, making films and helping others do the same. Congrats, WMM-sters.I will be attending more. ...

I know many of the people in the shorts that were screened, so I was very much looking forward to seeing them on a large-ish screen. They totally delivered! It was a really fun night with a great line-up of films, and I especially enjoyed the Q & A with the filmmakers after the screening. The Three Clubs is a cool venue where you can get a drink and hang out with friends before and after the show. ...
