Tony Bartolone is an out of work actor and writer who got his fucking heart broken. Unable to write screenplays or poetry, he finds solace writing a novel about his confusion and melancholy called Love, Liberty and The Pursuit of Crappiness. Then when the writer realizes he has no idea how to even think about getting a book published, and therefore has no idea what to do with his novel, he adapts in to a play, this play. What is love? And why is it? Join Tony as different actors sift through different relationships to try to figure out just what went wrong and how to pick up the pieces in this play about music, love, and the lack there of.
It’s not quite a one man show… It’s not quite a musical… It’s just Things I Did Because of Girls.
