I particularly like the use of the audience in the play, the interplay with the audience was both effect as a staging tool, but also as a subjective metaphor for the public as to the politics. The dialogue was very crisp and Sorkin-like; In keeping with the era in which the play takes place and true to each of the characters.
What I didn't like
On flaw I think is that the last scene felt a little tacked on. It felt like an epilogue rather than a strong ending. Even staging could have been stronger—it ended on a down beat, rather than and up-beat.
My overall impression
I thought the subject was relevant and the writing of a very high calibre. The play was spot on. The acting was also of a very high calibre and the staging worked in the small space.
