An exquisite melding of drama, dance, movement, costume and live music, this performance piece takes David O. Selznick's search for the right actress to play Scarlett O'Hara into moments I don't think the legendary producer could ever have thought of. A seamless cast under Kick Boom Theater leader John Wuchte's inventive direction certainly help, but this show really is Wuchte's awe-inspiring conception. John Wuchte takes us on a uniquely cohesive physical and musical journey into the mythic quest for the actress to play Scarlett O'Hara and ends up taking us into a surprisingly internal 'all things Hollywood' experience that resonates quite soundly today. With music created by John Wuchte & Michael Teoli and provided live by Wuchte and his fellow percussion and guitar playing muses, 8 actors deliver a performance you won't want to miss.... full review
