What I liked
The cast and the actresses, in particular, were committed.
What I didn't like
The story of the successful early career of George Lucas, which the audience knows works out, is played in short scenes for 90 mins. During scene settings, which there are many, a revolving arcade of character narrators explains to the audience what the last scene was and what the next scene could be. These are tough to watch bordering on tedious as they attempt to tell the audience what to think and feel about what they just saw and what they are about to see. If these were cut the show would be 40% better.
My overall impression
hard to have dramatic tension when you know he’s gonna make star wars.
