The characters are immensely entertaining, flush with personality and performed with the impeccable timing of a cast that feels like longtime collaborators. Much amusement and several laugh-out-loud moments.
What I didn't like
The comic antics, however endearing, can’t sustain us for 90 minutes. Eventually we feel the need for a coherent story with a through-line, rather than a succession of zany events. Such conflict resolutions that happen don’t feel entirely earned.
My overall impression
Delightfully zany characters and situations, beautifully (and impressively) constructed set, great use of atmospheric sound. That said, some fatigue sets in towards the end due to lack of clear narrative.
