It was a fast-paced energetic---and at times attractively chaotic--show. A very enjoyable experience.... full review

This show is an absolute home run! It's smart, weird, brilliantly funny, and breathtakingly specific. The show just had so much VOICE. The acting was beyond committed and was absurdly over the top, yet still totally managed to feel truthful and human and, dare I say... subtle? (Yes, they somehow managed a whole lot of subtlety in something markedly Baroque.) The level of nuance and specificity and humor and detail and smarts in the design elements (costumes, sets, props) would have been impressive in a $50,000 production, let alone in a Fringe show. (Don't even get me started on the genius of Imogen's costume details.) This show just created such a vivid and specific world, and I couldn't get enough of it. I am bored and unimpressed by most ... full review

Like watching a smart, live-action cartoon. (It really is suitable for the screen!) Fast paced, well written, well cast, well acted. Shades of existentialist "theater of the absurd," as well magical realism, but without the slightest hint of pretension.... full review

Great show. It was both entertaining and thought provoking. These kind of shows are what make this festival so cool. ... full review

What an incredible show. Funny, moving, entertaining story, perfectly directed, acting and the atmosphere was so thick that you felt you were in the woods, camping right alongside all these well-defined characters, who despite it being a farce, all had their own emotional arc. Hat's off to the incredible cast, Set designers, lighting and tech people for pulling off this beautiful production! And especially hats off to the Director who approached and pulled off every aspect of this potentially tricky production flawlessly! ... full review

If there was an award for the most elaborate and complex show at Fringe, then this one would win hands down.  The cast treated us to a pre-show outside the venue, which spilled over to the venue until it was time for the show to begin.  The cast is uber-talented and were surprisingly great vocalists, not to mention the incredible musicianship of Luke Medina, who accompanied every song on his guitar. ... full review

Delightfully zany characters and situations, beautifully (and impressively) constructed set, great use of atmospheric sound. That said, some fatigue sets in towards the end due to lack of clear narrative.... full review

An incredible ensemble of highly skilled comedic actors. This show felt like Wes Anderson’s Moonrise Kingdom met with a noises off kind of fast paced rhythm and intensity. The characters are odd, some are gender bended and all very complimentary to each other. The design is incredible. Intricate props, costumes, Set pieces and sound. It is a real transformation of time and space from the usual black box. Even more impressive cuz it’s fringe and they get like 15 minutes. Overall very impressive ... full review
