What I liked
Lots of clever jokes. The dancing choreography was great. All the actors were wonderful and the main character, main bully, and robot were chosen well.
What I didn't like
The father dying seemed like NBD. I understand not wanting to spend a lot of time on that, but the robot being a sort of emotional connection to his father would have been more relatable or realistic. That was the only thing that felt a little awkward.
My overall impression
A sweet, moving play with a nice emotional payoff. The character growth is believable and enjoyable. Witty, funny, a wonderful way to spend the evening. Definitely memorable.
