The songs and music were better than I was expecting and the actors seemed to be having a TON of fun onstage. I’m always happy to see a great production at Fringe, but it’s even better when you can tell the performers are really enjoying themselves on stage.
What I didn't like
The preview performance I went to had some technical issues with the mics, but barring that I’d say it just needs some more general polish. Some of the transitions were clunky and I’d love to see it with a live band instead of recorded music as there were some minor hiccups with timing and because I just find live music to be better. That said, none of these issues should prevent from seeing what is a very good Fringe musical.
My overall impression
An incredibly fun (and funny) show with a lot of charm.
