What I liked
The cast was all hilarious. Particular standouts to me were the actors who played Don and Street Barf. The choreography was delightfully self-aware, adorable, and funny. Plenty of fun dog puns. I was pleasantly surprised by the presence of a little heart. Loved how the whole piece leaned into the campiness of the genre. The Cats opening was very funny.
What I didn't like
The bald cap was a little creepy, and though I understand that it played into all the characters that it was used for, I wouldn’t have minded a cuter costume for the chimpanzee, haha.
