What I liked
Her wonderful education through out the show – explaining the different stages of abuse was not only vital to us understand the process, but added to the production. And her transitions from character to character (which is sometimes in one person shows can be very jarring) was seamless and actually helped this production. She is a talent and a delight!

My overall impression
What a beautiful and truthful display of art on a topic that is not-so-very-easy to talk about. It’s such an important piece from the side of a victim of emotional and physical abuse. Lara transitions from character to character with ease, all under the guise of a fairy tale book reading. It was such a unique way to not only entertain, but to educate and I’m so very proud to know this wonderful woman and for her to have shared her journey. Thank you, Lara!
