Wounded builds intensity through the whole story, while unwinding the characters and audience, pulling them deeper into these tense painful pulsing, though invisible, wounds....

Wounded is an immaculately written play that explores how pain (physical and emotional), and the people who are living with those scars try and find reprieve or relief from them.
Playwright Kerry Kazmierowicztrimm has created a wonderfully human, gut-wrenching script that grabs the audience by the belt-buckle and does not let them go until the final lights out....

It’s so hard to wade through all of the hyperbole of “GREATEST SHOW IVE EVER SEEN” and “WHY ISNT THIS ON BROADWAY?!!!” that always appear on these fringe reviews. I will say this; this is a tough show to watch content wise but you would be doing your art a great disservice by missing it. One of the top three shows I have seen at this year’s fringe. ...

This could not have been written better. The exploration of what it means to be a caretaker is summed up in a line by our female heroine toward the end of the play and it brought tears to my eyes. This play really examines the loss of love and questions our definition of "self" - what does it mean for someone to still be in a physical body, yet their personality (who they once "were") has changed? I could see this show on Broadway. A must see....

I found the piece mesmerizing. I was engaged the entire time and truly moved throughout the piece. I found myself feeling many of the emotions that were being portrayed on stage. Well acted, written and directed....
