What I liked
All actors gave solid performances. The structure of the show is clear and simple. The writer was not afraid to both praise and criticize its subject.
What I didn't like
This is less of a play and more of a “greatest hits” of Chris Burden. I left the theater happy to know about an artist with whom I was previously unfamiliar, but wishing the story played out more dramatically.
My overall impression
Less a play and more a document, you will leave the theater knowing more about a prominent LA artist.
