What I liked
Commitment commitment commitment. Each of these performers also had something salient, powerful, and relevant to say, and I laud that level of intentionality in intimate theatre. The pre-show music was also dope.
What I didn't like
I don’t know if they ever switch the running order, but my brain was putty (in a good way) after Alyssa’s jarring piece and not primed for the structure of Angela’s. I adjusted fine, but might be worth experimenting flopping.
My overall impression
Straight-to-the-vein vulnerability.
