What I liked
I loved her various characters. She brought this story to life in several interesting and innovative ways. The detective scene is my favorite :)
What I didn't like
Absolutely nothing can be improved in this show. It’s so good!
My overall impression
A must-see show! Kate bares her all to expose a decades long disease – call it OCD, call it eating disorder, call it what you want – but the truth is that it deserves attention and empathy. The daily struggle that Kate lives with is poignantly and unapologetically exposed. But she doesn’t just tell her story – she questions it, she battles with it (literally) and re-creates the back and forth in her mind in increasingly creative ways. Kate puts a human and empathetic spin on the disease she and so many others suffer from. She holds our society accountable for the messages it sends to us. Kate confronts the enemy and it’s brilliant. She doesn’t offer a nice tidy solution either, which is so truthful and accurate. I’m very impressed by Kate Huffman and you will be too if you see this show!
