Dave Reynolds as the derpy android was a stand out. Lots of fun to watch, The band was tight, if a little overpowering, Characters in general were a lot of fun. Robot Teammate has their formula down and the audiences are rewarding them for it.
I loved their harmonies so much, particularly in the moments without accompaniment, that I hope the ensemble attempts to do an A Capella musical someday, They would kill it.
What I didn't like
In a musical particularly, I think having the director in the show leads to missed opportunities to tighten bits and scene work.
While the group music was great, I felt that the women were singing below of the heart of their range and were difficult to hear and understand. This ensemble has been together for awhile and should do a better job writing for its excellent female voices.
My overall impression
I liked the overall story and particularly the musical harmonies are very tight, There are sound problems in that particular space that body mikes could not overcome. It was good, but it seemed a little under rehearsed.
