A well acted, well written, beautifully decorated and thoughtfully made production. It's a situation we've seen before but the cast and crew give us a nice fresh spin that leaves you not only satisfied but cheering as you give a standing ovation. A truly great play!...

Given the sit-com nature of the script and direction, and given that a few characters (the brother, his roommate) are used for conflict more than story, and given that it's yet another Turkey Day family reunion, it's surprising that "Thanksgiving" works as well as it does, especially for a first time out. This production also has going for it a stage full of distinctive performers, but Gary Poux as the put-upon fiancee mines the most comic gold from character-driven humor. There are even surprises and spit-takes.
My issue is that the playwright keeps dousing her potential by giving characters inauthentic reactions and moments in order to get to the next layer of dirty laundry airing. I would love to see this stretched out into a two-act c...

A top-notch play in every sense - brilliant writing, top-tier acting, smart, snappy direction - and a story that everyone can relate to since we all have crazy families and holidays that make us want to say, "Why do we do this to ourselves?" But Tiffany Cascio and her wonderful ensemble give us a reason to affirm our commitment to torture ourselves again - this terrific play deserves to be broadcast to a wider audience so more people can be reminded what family really means. Bravo!...

This was a glimpse into the dysfunctional household of many.
Tiffany Cascio weaves this tale of secrets, lies and omissions of truth masterfully. The cast clearly shows you who they are: Allison Youngberg as the perfect daughter with a plan for how things will go for dinner, steps into the role with grace. Susan O'connor as the "other" sister is quirky but understated in letting her naughty side show. Trip Langley as the brother lets his indignation carry him. Asia Lynn Pitts is beautifully cast as the Las Vegas dancer. haron Spence as the mother is sweet. Gary Poux as the perfect fiance is, even when he falls apart and the truth about him is revealed. I can't wait until November when I see my family and see what happens at our di...
