Well written, well acted, well directed. The cast made good use of the space, and you could tell they were having the time of their lives up there. Great fun!...

Hell, yeah! That’s about all I got to say on this. Goofy. Energetic. Totally aware of its glorious silliness, the cast grabs the mythology of two of the most popular vampire universes and throws them into a blender and hits frappe. Oh… and… is anyone REALLY #teamedward??? Don’t even get me started… Geez. Total fun from start to finish....

Buffy Kills Edward could have gotten by as just a "romp", but it outdoes every expectation. The class of the setting and the gut-busting jokes fuse together in a cannot-miss mix. ...

This is a must-see for every Buffy and Twilight fan/hater. The title speaks for itself: Buffy kills Edward and chaos ensues. The worlds of Buffy and Twilight collide in hilarious fashion. This is a fast-paced and hysterical show that never loses its brains. Oh it's a spoof alright, but one with wit and sass. Do yourself a favor and check it out ASAP!...

"Buffy Kills Edward" is everything I want in a Fringe Play: Pop culture references? Check. Brilliant musical numbers? Check. Pyrotechnics? Check and check. This is a great show. The lion's share of praise has to be heaped on Laura Wiley, the creator and writer. Her dialogue pops with the same kinetic energy as Whedon (or slugs through the mud, as is applicable for Meyers). The cast, led by the eminent Sherry Berg, digs into their roles and chews the scenery with aplomb. An incredible hour, and my pick for the best of this year's Fringe....

Even as someone who isn't into vampires, I am still a fan of crossovers... So, this is at least among the most "bar scene" shows in fringe - it's loud and raucous and fun and as mentioned in the shows curtain speech, is even funnier if you're drinking, but still has its fun moments if you're sober. That said, go with a group if possible. Dark willow was a hilarious character and the characters who play multiple roles do an excellent job as do the leads - as a non follower of Buffy/twilight I'm not sure about which things were artistic choices/ideas and which were the actual characters being depicted as they are, but still engaging either way. ...

"Buffy Kills Edward" is great fan service, and good fun for everyone. Author-composer-director Wiley and the troupe sustain a lively, silly romp that’s both tribute and satire at once.
