What I liked
The committed cast does a fantastic job bringing life to this incredibly silly sci-fi adventure.
What I didn't like
I wonder what shape the story would take if it wasn’t so beholden to the original material.
My overall impression
I couldn’t look away….ROBOT MONSTER was unlike anything I’ve seen at Fringe this year and I found myself enthralled. The performer who plays ROY throws himself into his role and never takes his foot off the pedal. Some of the musical numbers refuse to get out of my head. WOULD YOU TAKE ME BY THE HAND BY THE HAAAAND. WOULD YOU HIRE A BAND?!
