What I liked

I enjoyed the symbolism of culture and control vs. freedom. The costuming, choreography and writing were made bright and alive by an exciting, dedicated cast. I saw this show twice and would happily get lost in Joumana’s mind again.

What I didn't like

I only felt that the music was a little bit low during the choreographed parts, which may just be the speakers at the venue.

My overall impression

A very thoughtful play with attention to detail. It felt emotionally wrought and was beautifully expressed.
