What I liked
Telling the story inside the heroine’s mind allowed for wonderful creativity in a stream of consciousness that was still never hard to follow.
What I didn't like
After 70 minutes, I was left wanting more. Not sure if that is a shortcoming or a testament to the power of the story, though.
My overall impression
An intelligent, thoughtful synthesis of politics, history, music, and dance that used its unconventional structure to make some important points, to move, and to inspire.
