What I liked
The writing flowed really well and the characters were incredibly distinct. Brooke also does an amazing job at setting-up a perfect world, only to have it come crashing down with the truth of her reality – helping us to understand how she must’ve felt at the time. Her show is about her love of October and about perfectionism, but it’s about so much more. I would definitely recommend it – especially for mothers and fathers!

My overall impression
I LOVE THIS SHOW!!! So good. It’s the perfect PTA mom coming to terms with a not so perfect reality. It’s heartbreaking and hilarious and also technically on-point. Brooke is immediately likable. She has fantastic character-work! I didn’t want this story to end.
