Casey Gates deftly sustains comedy & pathos over seven unique personas. As hilariously funny as she was, she was equally poignant & sensitive to her characters. This is a show that even people who've never downdogged will really enjoy. Not only did I have a good time, I actually felt a little more peaceful afterward, which is weird cause I was laughing a lot....

Yoga is not my thing, but using it as a thread
between several disparate characters with a good taste of comedy and thoughtfulness is. Impressive transformations between characters is the attractiveness of this performance....

A one woman show, commanded by Casey Gates, is a series of vignettes in which Casey takes on a smorgasbord of characters, each having a different interaction with yoga. Some were spiritual, some scratched the surface of meditation with hilarity, some were quite tragic.
The show is very interactive and is fed by audience participation; I was asked to "Om," rub my belly, smile, clap, and answer as a group!
One thing I missed was a glimpse into who Casey is and everything that is her. I wanted more of her own voice and sweetness in her manifestation of her "Higher Self." A delightful performance and experience....

Casey is a thoroughly entertaining as she leads the audience through the world of yoga. A joy to watch, she lights up the room as she shifts from your stereotypical, lovingly ditzy yoga instructor to a series of characters that are so different from each other, you can hardly believe it's the same person onstage. I am completely clueless when it comes to yoga, and I loved this show. It helped me learn a little more about the yoga world without making it feel like a lesson, and left me feeling relaxed after laughing for an hour. Go see this!...
