The woman who played the Mother was amazing. The daughter was also a hoot. So funny and focused. Great energy and excitement from the whole cast. Fantastic accompaniment.
What I didn't like
A little odd to send up a really crappy movie. It almost isn’t a send up then. Most of the cast were not singers or were hard to hear making it slug along. It could have been about 15 minutes shorter as the audience was always one or two steps ahead of the show. Really seemed more like a romp though and it seemed that everyone in attendance really enjoyed themselves.
My overall impression
Great for the Fringe Festival and at a bar…not the kind of show for a theatre. Great fun.
