Review by CHARLES ZIARKO

What I liked

Some snippets of Shakespeare (though badly performed)

What I didn't like

Poor performances and incredibly lame humour.

My overall impression

I suppose Shakespeare can survive ANYTHING, including this utterly unfunny compilation show. It’s a flexible format: you COULD do an African-American version, or a Native-American version, or a Latin-American version—-but these three talentless women kill it dead. 27 of The Bard’s 37 plays zip by in quick montage form so they can concentrate on lengthy, lame, laughless interpolations of the most famous, including (of course) HAMLET and MACBETH. I hated almost every minute of it and couldn’t wait for it to end.
