Laugh-out-loud from start to finish with sprinkles of touching moments that will stay with you long after the show. David’s range of characters is inspiring – from kind, elderly German immigrant to mile-a-minute rural Texan (my favorite); from loving new father to Death on a schedule. I would see this again, which means you need to go see it.
PS – not the biggest fan of theater, but I would (and might) go see this again.
What I didn't like
I can’t imagine what I would put here – nitpicking is not my thing and wouldn’t be fair to Mr. Harper – the work he put into this was evident.
My overall impression
A laugh-a-minute exploration of the human melting pot aboard LA Metro. Tender moments that will bring the audience to somber silence (and a few misty eyes), a couple of original songs, even a dance number.
