My overall impression
this was really a wonderful idea. nurses and their patients… hypochondriacs… the whole shebang. when i attended the show, it was moving, funny, and I got a different perspective (especially being the daughter of a doctor). ersilia put together a great evening of various people sharing their hearts and souls, and I came away with a better understanding of struggle and patience (and patients, as it would be, too). Just a fun (and at times, a deep, moving) evening. And all brought to you by a nurse who is a hell of a storyteller and producer and person— Ersilia Pompilio! I know she has bigger ideas with this show in regards to helping nurses and patients communicate better… and I really see this show and ersilia’s generous spirit doing some amazing things in her field and beyond.
