Prior to attending the final performance of the Halfwits’ Last Hurrah, I had heard nothing but wonderful things about the show. By the time I got to experience it for myself, my already high expectations were exceeded by leaps and bounds. The show was so many things and more- engaging, charming, well paced, well executed, and, of course, comedic in all the right ways. I couldn’t name one actor onstage that didn’t give it their all or even one single mishap during this captivating experience. From the moment I started walking into the theater, I was completely brought into the hilarious and lighthearted world that was so specifically created. This production was absolutely my favorite of any I had seen this season at the Hollywood Fringe. I c... full review

Really enjoyed this. I was laughing from start to finish. All the characters were well done, and some were quite adorable. Mr. Butterbeans did an especially good job playing off the crowd. It's shows like this that are the reason why live performance is superior to movies and TV. Great job, all!... full review

Wacky, weird, fun and surprising! An amazing amount of laughs packed into one short hour. The cast is fun and fearless. You'll have a blast with Butterbeans, his cast of oddballs, and his hiss-inducing nemesis. Check it out!... full review

This is a brilliant evening of Theatre. I don't know if I had enough energy to keep from laughing. Stand out ensemble work, with a touch of improv that keeps everyone on their toes. Of the front runners for best show this one has a chance at pulling off nicely. Knows when to pull back and push forward at the same time. In a category by itself. Though I prefer the company when it wanders into the more abstract and political, this show is a brilliant example of it's form. The humor is something you can not capture on video because it is a true example of the live experience. Felt privileged to be a part of the audience. Wish I had a program in front of me to give individual credits, but truly a good example of a group working ... full review

Went to sleep last night still chuckling over Butterbeans and his Halfwits. Wish I could describe how ridiculous this show is but as the saying goes "you hadda be there!" One more show this Friday. Want a good laugh? Halfwits will make it happen. Try to resist.. The Halfwits owned the place.... full review

Funny, unexpected, cleverly written, and expertly performed. I always love a Four Clowns show but this was by far one of my favorites! Don Colliver is a master of comedy and he and the cast are always a thrill to watch. I highly recommend this show! Bravo Four Clowns! :) ... full review

There are no words to accurately describe how incredible this show is. I can't say anything these other 10 pages of reviews haven't already said. This show was equally heartbreaking and hilarious. You have made me a fan of Clowning, Halfwits. Congrats on your sheer perfection of a show!... full review

I enjoyed this show very much, it was a fun hour of silliness and made me laugh. I was especially impressed with the incredible singing voice of Charlotte Chanler, she should be performing at the Met. ... full review
