Four Clowns has done it again! Always amazing and always hilarious, I was sitting on the edge of my seat the entire show. The clowns broke the 4th, 5th, 6th wall on this one. I felt so involved in the show, it was like I was apart of it. In fact, I was. The ever so talented, Don Colliver, who played the strikingly funny Butterbeans Arbuckle, called me out in the beginning of the show and told the audience to "Blame Rebecca, if anything goes wrong tonight." It was an on going joke that never got old, because when something seemed to go wrong, he blamed me and there was a huge roar in the audience. I didn't want the experience to end. A big congratulations to the amazing director, David Anis and artistic director, Jeremy Aluma, on yet another ...

From the moment you arrive at the Lillian Theatre, you can tell that you're in for a night of goofy, fun-loving entertainment. The Halfwits' Last Hurrah gathers together the kookiest people in Hollywood to put on a show that is fast-paced, well-acted and sung, and strangely captivating, in the best way. The comedy is solid, the double-entendres are satisfying, and the characters seem like they've jumped out of a Saturday morning cartoon to give the Fringe Festival something to laugh about (don't worry, we're laughing *with* you, not *at* you). Get there early to get good seats; those in the front row have a possible chance at giving a cast member a kiss on the cheek before the show begins (I was so lucky)!
Butterbeans Arbuckle, you really...

This show is hilarious from start to finish! Every actor is spot on, and there is even some audience participation. A must see show, and great way to spend an evening laughing your head off!...

The Four Clowns show was so good!! From the show runner, an egotistical entertainer who continually blames the show's short comings on the audience, to the German twins and their unintentional incestual activities, this show is full of hilarious characters. My favorite was the dimwitted sidekick. Her stupidity was so adorably endearing, the audience was constantly switching from full on laughter to "aww". This show is definitely worth seeing! (Jack Mcbrayer was there, smiling and giggling the whole time...if that tells you anything!)...

The art of clowning captures the audience with this production. It is hilariously funny, with song, dance, some clowning around (pun intended), and an incredibly touching moment that my heart was about to burst! Its a must see!!!...

Halfwits is deliriously and delightfully crazy, full of stuff and nonsense, but in the most touchingly human way. I had a great time!...

A hysterically ribald romp with vaudeville, burlesque, and slapstick; featuring dancing, singing, and antics with amazing physicality. Its fall-out-of-your-seat funny, plus heartfelt and warm. A fast-paced hour with lots of surprises, and unexpected twists and turns. Highly recommended!

A traditional burlesque/circus variety show with a twist. Lots of audience engagement, and chances to get involved in the fun. The acts vary in level of craft and complexity, as well as in content (opera, puppetry, burlesque, stilt walking, acrobatics), so there's something for everyone, but always coming from a place of comedy and clowning. Following the main storyline, there are also some lovely moments of pathos and poignancy.
There were some really wonderful performances in this show, and if you go with an open mind and a primed sense of humor, expect to have a good night. Hooray for clowns!...

Four Clowns does it again! This year's Fringe presentation, The Halfwits Last Hurrah, took on the larger Lillian Theatre and the amazing life and spirit of the show was busting out of that huge space, not to mention every seat was full! The energy of the room started high and never lost momentum, we were with them every step of the way. It's an event not to be missed packed with big belly laughs, amazing spectacle, fun interactions, and touching moments full of heart. GO SEE!...
