My overall impression
Skanky Me From Kankakee is an amazing show about an amazing courageous man and the challenges he faced growing up gay in the Midwest. Marc Francoeur and the cast of Skanky Me left the audience feeling as if they were by his side as he faced each challenge. The music was amazing too, as well as the voices of the cast, especially Marc and Terri’s.
Marc’s story of his life journey will have you laughing, crying, wanting to hug him, and leave you feeling good. This show is as unique as Marc and is a must see. The entire cast did an awesome job of portraying each character and the events of Marc’s journey. This show is definitely a hit that needs to come to Chicago. LOVE! LOVE! LOVE!
