About the Project
Doc and Stumpy – burlesque’s premiere baggy pants comedy team – host a one-hour burlesque revue, featuring vaudeville-style comedy, variety acts and strip-tease. Doc and Stumpy
perform updated versions of such classic routines as “Niagara Falls (Slowly I Turned)” as well as signature bits like “Matador” taken from Doc’s award-winning book, Baggy Pants Comedy: Burlesque and the Oral Tradition. Joined onstage by some of L.A.’s hottest dancers, along with guest comedians, it’s a different show each night. Come for the tassels. Stay for the yucks.
