My overall impression
If you have deep religious beliefs, I would NOT recommend “Deicide.” But if you’re open minded and enjoy irreverent and outrageous humor, this might be up your alley.
The cast, mostly composed of Occidental College grads, obviously had fun putting this together with handmade props, costumes and cleverly contrived schtick. They don’t pick on any specific religion….just organized religion in general.
Just be forewarned.
