My overall impression
I still find myself thinking about Cecily even though I saw it a couple of days ago. I am so happy I stumbled upon it (I was a walk-in). The emotional connection between the three actresses was amazing, real and raw. The flashbacks were particularly beautiful, yet difficult for me to watch because I was able to get a glimpse of the once vibrant Cecily in all her innocence and youth. Esther Mira was brilliant at capturing both the present, broken Cecily and the past Cecily. And Dionne Neish was phenomenal as the mother who has done everything she can as a caregiver and feels she has run out of options. This is a show not to be missed.
