My overall impression
Transformation. Upheaval. Change. Hard things to face up to in life, harder still to bring to life on stage, hardest of all to make an audience feel that transformation themselves. Yesterday, that “catharsis” happened for me as an audience member at Steve Mize one man show “Life, Audited”. By the end of his brilliant piece, there was the unmistakable wave of life in the air and tears in our eyes. When everyone is selling and everything is for sale what do we get to hold onto in this life? Go and see it. It’s profound.
