My overall impression
“…Awkward Pauses” is easily one of the best shows I’ve seen so far at Fringe this year. And so you know going in, it’s actually 3 Plays for the price on one, so that’s not too shabby, either.
“Sex, Death and…Cheeseburgers?” is partially apropos to the evening, but they left out suicidal roller coasters, park-bench fornication, the evils of Indian food and about a dozen other things that culminate in a very entertaining bit of theater.
There are several other reviews that give details of the shows, so I won’t stoop to redundancy here. And I think probably the less you know going into it, the better. Just let the touching, hilarious and often “awkward” moments they’ve created wash over you. You’ll thank me later ;)
