This tribute to late twentieth century family values sitcoms perfectly realizes its ambitions as an homage to the genre and its own complete work of musical theatre satire. The trick that the creative team has mastered is the genre's structure. A sympathetic loving family has a challenge that they must conquer in thirty minutes or less and it must result in a win-win situation for everyone.
Heidi Powers and Tom Moore turn in a clever and fast-paced musical review that not only stays true to the essence of these classic television characters but also provides a familiar yet fun plot trajectory. Ryan Bergmann's staging is as clean and deft as those iconic episodes. He beautifully elicits a unified integrity from his ensemble throughout....

This was fantastic! I enjoyed the humor, the music was fun, and this is theater at its most real, actors are practically in conversational distance, no mics needed. You feel like they're talking to you only, that you're not in an audience.
I love the sort of "I learned something" at the end, too. Really wish I could come see it again before it ends. ...

The amount of work in such a short period of time alone was astounding. The performance delivered. The plot's main thread could have been stronger, as it served as the foundation for the hilarity that ensued, but having said that, the main thread also was subtle enough to get out of the way of the cast's performance.
The songs were intellectually crass, walking the tightrope perfectly between blue, and thought provoking.
Tons of fun....

I only knew about half of the TV characters but I enjoyed the show very much. It was very funny and a little bit bawdy, but sweet. The songs and the costumes were tremendous, and the actors were very appealing. Great show!...

I am a fan! Loved the creativity and blasts from the past. Two stand outs-- Leigh Ann Smith - great vocal talent and such a star. Can't wait to see more of her!! And Ryan O’Connor- also amazing! Such a character....

Saw the show on Sunday and it was the perfect antidote for those of us away from our loving Dads on Father's Day.
Stand out performances were by Lorie Moore (Nell/Florence/Fresh Prince), Gabby Sanalitro (Rosey/Consuela), and Gina Torrecilla (Zoila/Alice). All three of them brought the house down. If you see nothing else at Fringe this season, see The Real Housekeepers of Studio City!...

I will never look at Lurch and Rosie the Robot the same way ever again.
The Real Housekeepers of Studio City is laugh-out-loud funny. An incredibly talented cast brings some of TV land's most beloved characters (and tropes) to the stage in this hour long musical that's not to be missed. ...
