Anya Warburg was anything but invisible in her solo performance at the Complex Theatre. Ms. Warburg's solo show was simple and direct and a very satisfying piece of theatre. Anya Warburg has the stage presence and acting skill necessary to hold an audience's attention, both of which she displays in telling her personal story as well as portraying several other characters in that tale. Debra Deliso's direction was smart and fit the material in its simplicity and honesty and the set and lights were minimal and worked quite well for the piece. When one thinks about how many other Fringe productions are probably using the same lighting plot, it is a testament to the creativity and skill of the lighting designer, Sarah Templeton.
