A man searching for a phantom armadillo. A priest breaking from her faith. Former multiple award-winning Hollywood Fringe vets team up to present two original short plays: ‘The Holy Name of Apostasy’ by Ryan Lisman, and ‘Man vs. Armadillo’ by Benjamin Schwartz.

These three original pieces were written, directed, and performed by recent graduates of the Art of Acting Studio Professional Conservatory. Developed in 2018 as a classroom project, each is an artistic and creative exploration of the life of a notable person throughout history.

Can we ever stop paying for the past? Can the person we want to be ever escape the person we are now and were then? What price must be paid for not only our own crimes, but those of people close to us? Sins is a frank look at what we all deal with when we cannot overcome our own failings.
